While it was great to see and read about the history of canoes in Canada/Ontario, all the canoes started to look the same to me by the end. Maybe I'm just not a canoe type person.More

That day is a regular weekday so I am sure they will be open. Sometimes school groups go too but it is very well laid out and there are lots of areas to look at. Just check their website or call before that date if you want... More

GO Transit is surprisingly cheap. Trains run from Hamilton to Toronto to Oshawa, where buses connect to Peterborough. Local transit in Peterborough connects from the Simcoe St. bus terminal to routes going to the Lansdowne... More
