Having previously been to Cornell's Arboretum in Ithaca, NY we were somewhat disappointed with this one. Flowers were sorely in need of water, and there was no staff in sight-we had to discover on our own where to park-limit of 90 minutes in limited availability....More

This is a beautiful place to walk--at all times of the year...and don't forget to also visit the adjacent Fletchers's Wildlife Garden. The only problem is there is too little parking, but there is parking and the place is often not busy. This is a...More

Kids love it and they can run around and play in the great play area. There are always cool displays and cooking going on.

Great for walking, picnics, gatherings, just relaxing under the trees. Many trees and plants are labeled for identification, so it's educational as well. Beautiful walking trails with water, bridges, etc. Great for walking the dog.

This is a great place to visit with family, the animals are adorable, and it's pretty amazing that you are able to get up and close with the animals. The goats are a must see

Ginette from AAFC was HORRIBLE to deal with in order to obtain a permission form to use the park for our small intimate ceremony/photos. She was very discouraging of the idea, very rude, and essentially was just trying to get us to find somewhere else....More

Usually late April. Depends on the weather. Sometimes early May. In the Arboretum you will also see Magnolias.

There's no camping at the Arboretum. I don't know where someone got that idea.
