Had to visit Parliament Hill and was not disappointed. Absolutely stunning building and a parliamentary library that is second to none. The tour guides were wonderful and very knowledgeable. Great tour that is a must. However, we understand that the building will be closed down...More

I was in Ottawa for an Optimist Convention and decided to visit Parliament Hill for its first ever Luminary Show. I'm not Canadian but witnessing that story of 5 books be told through the light show with projections on what I believe is the main...More

Take the time to view these buildings and gardens, so much to learn about this beautiful Countries history. Changing of the guard each day worth seeing & Northern lights show at night is fantastic

It was a scorcher and the city provided water, water trucks and misters! Great Canada day entertainment!

More colour show than talking. Not enough colours on the Centre Block--first time at the light show.

This is a must go, for it is the symbol of this city. It is a friendly view, since it is found in several postcards.

You have to line up by 8:30AM but it is worth it. We chose a late return time so we could then go explore. The tour was informative, the buildings beautiful, and Hamish, our guide, was so funny and energetic!

There is a guided tour of the Parliament building. There is no fee but tickets are required and are available across the street from the main entrance. The tour is excellent and not to be missed especially the library.
