A very large building, excellent tour guides with very small lineups to wait. Interesting for young and old, glad we went and now have a better understanding of our Supreme Court.

Spend some time and take the tour of this great building. Built in 1940s the art deco style of the court rooms gives a great impression of the power of the Canadian supreme court. Plan at least 60-90 minutes.

A must visit, even if you are not a lawyer! You should take the guided tour. The Judges gallery has portraits of all Judges; past and present.

I apologize for the lack of response. I was unaware there was a question. Alas I cannot answer either, as I walked to the court house - I didn't have a car while in Ottawa. Cheers

There is quite a large parking area in front which on a Sunday was empty - not sure how it would be weekdays when courts are in session.
