look, we do OK here, and the fruits -- mostly peaches -- exceed most other qualities, but there's kind of a scolding attitude toward the customers that is rather off-putting... we're adults, we don't need to be toldMore

look, van de laar's knows its business and puts out a pretty good peach at a fairly good price, but really, the scolding admonitions to keep your hands off the potential purchase are quite off-putting... usually, our last resortMore

We visit all the farm places we could find. This one was pretty darn good. I like the river right three beside the booth. The fruits were good and the service was good too

I would simply sum up our visit as HO HUM. Nothing spectacular, but nothing distasteful either. Monte found the fruit was somewhat bland, and I suspect it may have been produce shipped in from other countries! I have seen this before in roadside fruit stands...More
