Loved the lavender whipped butter lotion with shea and cocoa butter and the lavender lip balm. The samples of lavender treats offered by staff was a nice touch.

We come to NEOB during our annual visit to "The Shaw", and we always come away extremely satisfied. Everyone is friendly, highly knowledgeable, and they have a terrific selection of products. Plus, they hand out free samples of "Lavender Shortbread" - what's not to like!

Took a short tour and learned about different types of Lavender and then indulged in the gift shop. Was interesting about how essential oils are made and what different types are useful for. The place smells wonderful. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

We stopped in here having never visited a lavender farm. Amazing array of all things lavender - lots to buy and sample. Staff are exuberant in their enthusiasm though may somewhat overstate the medicinal value of their product. A fun diversion
