This would be a great activity, if the trails were marked better. we finally turned around and went back, as we had no idea where we were. The maps didn't really help us either.

We enjoyed a family picnic near the Floral Clock. Plenty of room to run and plenty of picnic tables from which to choose. Close to a walking path.
