Another great lake beach

A very clean and tidy Lakefront beach, sadly missing the fun fair and old wooden roller coaster that, I'm guessing, went years ago. Lots of expensive beachfront properties but... read more

Since so many visitors get lost trying to find the big sandy beach in Crystal Beach with ample parking, here, finally, is the SECRET! Before you go: locate the intersection of "Erie Road" and "Eastwood Ave," and print out directions or input this intersection into your GPS. It gets confusing to visitors for several reasons: Erie Road is off the... More

A very clean and tidy Lakefront beach, sadly missing the fun fair and old wooden roller coaster that, I'm guessing, went years ago. Lots of expensive beachfront properties but this doesn't affectthe beach. Enjoy walking along the sand and watch the sun go down. It does look better than the last time I was here, some 15 years ago.

It was my first time visiting this beach this past summer and I absolutely loved it. The water was clean, the sand beneath my feet felt clean and the entire experience was absolutely relaxing. The $10 parking fee was a fair deal for the entire day. This "entrance" fee does seem to make the beach a little safer because of... More

This is a beautiful sandy beach. I went in for a swim after a run. The water was still warm in September.

Our short trip here was unplanned, as soon as we entered I was so fascinated with view, the water, the cottage. The reception is good and the person who assist us is very accommodating, they have lake that's where u can put tent, they have water parks, Boston pizza, store and other cafeteria. They have small church too, we will... More

Great beach! No gravel ... hard sand in the water and very clear! Lots of space on the beach and a buoyed area to keep boats away. Parking may fill up ..$10 for the day

If the drive to the beach is included in this review then I would rate it a 3.5 out of 5. If you include the drive, I would rate it a 3. The beach is very nice especially for Ontario. It doesn't compare to the beaches in Caribbean and Europe but it is a clean beach and the water is... More

Amazing location! Truly crystal clear water! Affordable parking - 10 dol all day. White sand and ocean-like view! Afternoon is busy time. Until 5 pm is too crowded. Bur mornings are beautiful and quiet.

Of all the Great Lakes, Lake Erie feels the warmest. Crystal Beach was a great sandy beach and a cute little town with a wonderful chocolate shop. Make sure you find the right beach though. It is not the side with all the parking. Go further west (I think, west of the pier) to find the beach with the beautiful... More

A nice outing year round. We come here for walks now and then. Can't complain about the views. Worth the drive.
