This park has kilometers of single track biking trails that are easy, moderate and difficult. It was well under-used and there was very little traffic. Despite this, the trails were in amazing condition. We went two days in a row while visiting Barrie.

This series of nature trails is a real bonus to have within the Barrie city limits. Kudos to whoever fought to preserve this large swath of greenery. Many of the entrances don't have obvious parking areas though and you may need to park in the...More

A nice place to wander away a few hrs. While the scenery is a bit monotonous, the forest is a nice, quiet area to get some peace. There are a few different trails, coded by colour/symbol. Trees are painted along a trail to guide you.

If you love mountain biking up and down some step climbs, this is the trail for you. The scenery was lovely, it was nice being in a forest. But, little too short of a course (maybe 15 km) and too hilly for my taste.

I love this trail. It's a great trail for all fitness levels. We frequently take our kids through, ages 10, 12,13, 15. The path is more natural, watch for tree roots! Currently in the past couple months a huge tree fell over right over the...More
