During our “10-Day Canada and New England” cruise aboard Caribbean Princess ship last October, we had a chance to visit Halifax Seaport Farmer’s Market near Pier 21 and the Waterfront Boardwalk. After a pleasant walk along Halifax Waterfront Boardwalk, we visited the market which was between the boardwalk and Pier 21 where our ship was waiting for us. The market was vibrant and bustling with crowds around so many eateries along with diverse farm product and sea food stalls. Street musicians were performing music, generating a festive mood. One side of the market had a great view of the sea and an island with a beautiful red lighthouse. It was an interesting attraction in Halifax.…

A must visit when in Halifax. There is something for everyone at this market. Tons of types of delicious food to try from all walks of life. My personal favorite is the lady selling beeswax candles!

I went to the Halifax Seaport Farmer's Market with my family and we thought it was a cool place. The shops are nice and it was clean inside. I would recommend going to the Halifax Seaport Farmer's Market !!!!!
