Wine and Lunch Escape
Enjoy a scenic drive to the Annapolis Valley to experience 3 award winning wineries. Sip your way through Nova Scotia wine country and learn about our cool climate wines. Stop one includes a tour/tasting at the first winery. At the second winery enjoy a guided tasting and lunch with wine at Luckett Vineyards, overlooking the beautiful Minas Basin fed by the Bay of Fundy (Luckett Vineyards is only available during May-December). Finally, visit a third winery after lunch for a final guided tasting before heading back to Halifax.

Wine & Spirit Escape
This tour visits 2 unique wineries in the beautiful Annapolis Valley and 1 award winning distillery. Learn about and enjoy our aromatic whites, world class sparkling, cool climate reds and locally produced spirits. Guests will enjoy a bistro style lunch along with a glass of wine/beer or cider.
Wineries Visited: We will visit 3 of the following options: Grand Pré, Benjamin Bridge, Planters, L'Acadie, Luckett Vineyards, Barrelling Tide Distillery.

My girlfriends and I had great day with Grape Escapes! The pick-up at our hotel in Halifax was very convenient. Our driver JD, was fantastic! I loved her knowledge of wines and her energy. Amazing as always! This is the second time this year I've booked a private wine& lunch tour. I was delighted that JD was my driver again. Even though I did the same tour twice, two completely different experiences. JD definitely knows how to read a crowd. He is very knowledgeable of the Nova Scotian wine industry; on the drive down he spoke of the history of Nova Scotian wine while keeping it very interesting. What a great time we had! Randy was an excellent Driver and went above an beyond to make sure we had everything we need. He even went so far as to get us chips before the drive home as we got hungry! If you're thinking of doing a tour, just book it! :)
