There is not much here. No building to go inside and just a few cannon to see. Parking is free and you can just wander in. Really think they should develop this site more if they want people to see it

No buildings to go inside, but a few structures still standing and several cannon on their cradles in all their glory. A good couple hours of our day here! (and decent rest rooms!!)

We walked up to the fort. Re-enactors are everywhere to tell the history of the fort. There are also exhibits and demonstrations. Though in costume the docents will tell history as it was, not as though it is happening now.
