Just stopped in after seeing a Visitor Center brochure. Very nice selection of local art, pottery, jewelry, wood, etc. Bought a very unique pewter pendant for my wife for a bargain price. Great place to kill an hour in Sydney.

Nothing particularly significant. Crafts are similar to what find at most cities in the summer. We found better things out in the countryside with better pricing as well.More

The Centre fro Craft and design has the best quality art pieces on the Island. From oil paintings to pottery it has it all. I would highly recommend.

I’ve previously visited Cape Breton and have seen many beautiful examples of local arts and crafts. This craft centre has a very poor selection and is grossly over priced. I was hoping to see a selection of rug hooking from the Cheticamp area, but there...More

The facility is very nice. Might have rated higher but the craft shops were closed. Display of hand crafted ear rings in the lobby nicely done and thankfully the shop selling them was close as the wife was interested in several pairs.
