The trail is a wide dirt and gravel well maintained path out to a long and staired boardwalk that overlooks the sea and the surrounding highway. Very windy at the trails conclusion, where you come to a boardwalk stair case offering numerous places to sit...More

We hoped to catch the sunset on a Saturday evening; it was cloudy and overcast, extremely moody but still so beautiful and serene. The Atlantic Ocean was so calm and still. There’s 2 options; a 3 km hike to the main observation deck and then...More

The hike is fairly easy. Two and a quarter hours round trip. The headland is amazing. The wind can get pretty strong and there are no railings at the headland so be careful.

A beautiful trail that ends with a spectacular view of the water... must be beautiful at sunset. The trail itself is not difficult just remember to bring water and bug repellent. Allow time to sit and view the sites at the end so I would...More

We enjoy walking so we enjoyed the journey through the woods for a few km as much as the destination. We found this to be a fairly level hike to a beautiful view. We hung out for about an hour watching whales far below us....More

Go early in the morning before the crowds arrive. It is breathtaking at the end... so quiet and serene! We live in a beautiful country!

The SKyline Trail is a short trail through moose country, with the areas divided by fences for observation. It is an easy 1-hour round-trip. Views of the ocean at the end.

The views at the end of this very gently hike are amazing and it is not surprise that this is one of the most popular hikes (and most crowded). Our suggestion would be to go early or go late and to tae the long way...More

It’s a fairly easy trail. It’s right off Cabot trail road in the National Park. Come to the skyline trail during sunset time. The view is magnificent. Also people told us that they saw moose on the trail. (We didn’t see any though).
