We were so fortunate that the priest was there and was happy to give us a personal tour. This place is STEEPED with history and you either should purchase the guidebook or get him to talk about the building. AMAZING stories of the stained glass,...More

Not to be confused with the Basilica with the same name right up the hill! Beautiful exterior with a simpler interior.

We were walking through the old town of St. John’s and came across the cathedral. We were warmly welcomed to come inside and see the church. It is a very impressive interior.

We attended a beautiful wedding at the Cathedral. Old stone church that was warm and inviting with spectacular acoustics and architecture.

This was located steps away from Gower House and was something I would expect to see in London UK and not in St. John's. There was a great tour provided free of charge,

Couldn't get inside because it was locked and there was nobody around that could let me in. Too bad -- I would have loved to see the interior and the stained glass. Anyway, the exterior is absolutely beautiful!

The church has an air of mystery about it. The front lawn is the gravesite of thousands of unmarked graves....it's dark and inspiring all at the same time. Wonderful history.
