I'd been in Corner Brook for a day and a half and never found anywhere to buy any souvenirs! Great shop for all sorts of things! I purchased "The Day the World Came to Town" about Gander and 9/11 and was able to finish it...More

A place where you can be sure to find everything that you never realized you needed. Souvenirs, handmade goods, jams, jellies, postcards, floatsam and jetsam.

The Emporium has so much Newfoundland history and artifacts it is a must to visit. On some days there is the Newfoundland dog a large shaggy coat. There is also the story how this sizable dog saved sailors on a ship wreck of the Ethie.

Wife and i stopped in to check out the emporium. Lots of interesting old antiques. If you like antiques or old things and the smell of old you will like this place. Still interesting to check out .

I didn't see a single thing that I wanted to buy. Most things were overpriced and dusty or just plain dirty. Definitely not worth the time to stop.

Don't bother to face the frustration of Cornerbrook's unnamed streets to find this place. It is not worth a visit. Basically, it is a store full of old books and over-priced junk. It is definitely a Trash 'n' Treasure shop. Among the junk you might...More

This is one of the messiest and disorganized stores I have ever encountered. It looks like someone's collection of souvenirs, jumble sale items, old relatives furniture, etc. just stuck into one place for storage. Nothing seems organized. If it is meant to be part museum...More

We walked over here from a restaurant down the street because we wanted to see more of Corner Brook than just the large group lunch with accordion music / local comedian we had signed up to do on our cruise ship. In hindsight, it would...More
