Nice views and wholesome meals

Cannot beat having nice views while having you coffee or lunch. Ideal in the summer when it is open with outdoor seating. Closed during the winter

Walked over to the lighthouse, stairs were boarded off, closed, no chance to ascend to the deck and view the river. Maybe it is better in the summer.

I'd have to say that I expected less, but got a cheap thrill for my $2! I thought I'd be up and down in 1 minute but in fact my wife and I were in there about over half hour. Fredericton is not packed with things to do, so we added this and it was worth it. The lighthouse is... More

Setting nice on a deck overlooking the water. Waitress Rachael lovely. The food was horrible. I had the burger and fries. The burger was a dried out ball of tasteless dry meat. The fries were similar to what u would get in a fast food restaurant thin and not really hot. The pulled pork sandwich was swamped in sauce with... More

We stayed at a hotel nearby so on the morning that we left Fredericton, we decided to walk over to the lighthouse. It was a real working lighthouse at one time, but it no longer is. There is an ice cream counter in the bottom of the building and a $2 charge to go up to the top. The money... More

went to the lighthouse on Sunday to do some urban sketching! The place is beautiful and inspiring to draw! Nice area to sit and order food and get ice cream. It is only $2 to go up to the top for spectacular views! Public toilettes available!

We usually stop for an ice cream or a drink after walking or biking on the trail. The Lighthouse has a great deck with a wonderful view of the St John River and the boat club. For $2 you can walk up to the top deck to get a better view and a little history on the way up. The... More

This place is really just a BBQ burger / hot dog restaurant plus beer and ice cream. Very nice patio to sit on overlooking the river. Burger was great. Great choice of craft beer, cider and mead. We didn't go up the top of the lighthouse as the view from the deck is very similar.

After having a poor first experience here a month ago, I decided to give it another try. It wasn't busy, but after 40 minutes of waiting for our hamburgers to cook we had to return to work without lunch.

It was super hot going up so access to the exterior stairs would have been better. There were a few missing photos on the wall but the history write ups were very interesting. Probably didn't have to charge $2 to go up.
