This is one of the basic Churchill sightseeing spots. As you go there to see bears or belugas, this would qualify as crumbs from the cupcake. Nevertheless, it's worth inspecting.

Touring through the early history of European outposts in the North American continent shows an environment the adventurers adapted to while original inhabitants adapted to their presence. Learning to deal with the conditions of extreme cold show many aspects of the structures, and fireplaces abound....More

Interesting history (Pathetic really: took 40 years to build. Yes 40. Took 4 hours to surrender and burn.). Neat guns. Great location for spotting polar bears. Beautiful scenery. Nice Parks Canada staff. Good tours. Must see.
