A little scary with a toddler, so make sure you watch your children very closely. Otherwise it was one of my favourite places! Loved feeding the sea lions, all the restaurants were great. Cute and definitely a must-see if you are visiting Victoria!

Great place to check out for a spell. There is a water taxi stop, whale watching tours, great places to eat and its a beautiful walk along the harbor. Lots to do here.

Fisherman's wharf is small to others dotted around the world but it is still worth a visit even if it's just too get a taxi from Victoria Harbour or even walk which will take around 25 minutes with beautiful views on offer. Grabbed yourself a...More

There as so few wharfs (wharves?) on the prairies, so this wharf was particularly wharfy! Adding to the overall wharfleness were the neat shops, and cute restaurants. Astounded we were able to get gluten free fish tacos, which are unicorn level mythical. Take the water...More

Caught a water taxi here after coming in a seaplane as the wharf was recommended for lunch. It's a wharf with fish and chip vendors nothing you would not see anywhere else, there was also a Mexican, sushi, donut & ice cream stand.

It's a local Food Truck Caravan on a Pier. It's not Pier 39 in San Francisco or the Santa Monica Pier in LA. But it is charming, reasonably priced, and within a short walking distance from the Government Street Market area. A water taxi will...More

Short walk from our flat to the Wharf. We ate here the first night in town. Shop owners are very nice and American money is accepted everywhere! Prices are on par with the US (for the most part). Nice place to visit if you are...More

A few good food options surrounded by fascinating private floating houses. Loved the fish tacos. Deals often visit so that can be fun but it's hardly outstanding; just a nicer location than the average eating area.

Wow, love that place. It's small but you can find there so many diverse decorations and things which will blow your mind. :D

I am sure to someone who thinks Myrtle Beach or Vegas is charming might like this place but to us it was cheesy and gaudy. A floating food court is all it is. Surely 100 years ago it was great but not today.

It's about a 5 block walk. All flat but a good 15 minutes. Might be too far for your Mom although there are many benches to stop and rest in between or you can take a Kabuki cab ( bicycle with trailer)

Some people live at Fisherman's Wharf. So it does not close. The businesses are open throughout the summer.
