Just around the corner from Victoria's Inner Harbour, Fisherman's Wharf is a hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. This unique marine destination offers food kiosks, unique shops and eco-tour adventures in the heart of the working harbour. Wander down the docks with your lunch, buy seafood fresh off the boat, see moored pleasure vessels and float homes, and watch as fishing vessels unload their wares.

This is a small area with colorful houseboats and cafes. The food was good but mostly fried. If you like anything on the water, this is a nice place to visit.

We walked about a mile to check this out. Unlike other Fisherman’s Warfs there wasn’t much there to do or see. There were a few House Boats, one, gift shop, some rental places for kayaks and some eateries but it was nothing like the wharf...More

This is a delightful change of pace. So very interesting to see the many varied houseboats where people reside. A stroll along the waterfront trail to this location is well worth making, especially as the sun is setting. A fun place for shopping and casual...More

So Cute ! We stopped by to see the city of house boats. The only thing preventing me from putting in an offer to buy a house boat for sale, is my desire to take long, warm leisurely showers. Only thing we didn’t get to...More

It's about a 5 block walk. All flat but a good 15 minutes. Might be too far for your Mom although there are many benches to stop and rest in between or you can take a Kabuki cab ( bicycle with trailer)
