I'm not a sailor, but my husband is and he was loving this museum. Even if you don't have maritime experience, there is plenty to see here and it's all very interesting.

It was glorious weather, but I was still surprised that hardly anyone was there. The movie being shown was from Mystic Ct and while it was interesting it has little to do with BC. And I read there was an upstairs courtroom I could visit...More

This is a small museum but worth going inside just to see the different model ships which turned out to be ship builders models. Not one detail was let undone. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The people were friendly but the museum was so small and you could read and walk through it in less than half an hour. Not worth the timeMore

The only worthwhile part of the 'Museum', is the Franklin Expedition display. However, it is very small, not clearly delineated and even it is cramped for viewing. We had to move, so that staff could access one of their offices. BC Ferry exhibit was also...More

The museum is very interesting and is full of miniature ship displays of various vessels important to the history of the area. But it's very small, for the price we paid to enter I was expecting it to be much bigger, I was disappointed to...More

Tne new location of the Maritime Museum is so small that it is just a shadow of what it used to be. Very few exhibits and disappointing to anyone who had viewed it in the old building. However it still has a few items on...More
