There is a reason why it's called the Sunset Beach. The view is gorgeous during dusk. The yellow lights of sunset and silhouette of landscape are nice to watch.

For FREE PARKING, miles of shoreline to walk, great concession stands, and fabulous sunsets go to Jericho Beach, , Locarno, Spanish Banks East and West. Beautiful at sunset with the light shining on the downtown towers.

We found this beach while walking around this area. This beach is the first one you'll encounter, walking northwards toward Stanley Park from Yaletown, as you pass under the Burrard Bridge. This beach is very nice. The sand isn't the nicest, and there are random...More

This place was within an easy walk from our apartment, so not difficult to get to. Good for people and nature watching and has lots of places to sit.

We walked from Prospect Point, passed English Bay Beach and along Sundet Beach and caught the ferry under the Buddard Bridge to Granville Island. It was very enjoyable.

One of Vancouver’s spectacular beach parks, a seat on a bench under the lacy black locust trees will quickly charm with its views of English Bay and Vanier Park. While lovely from the seawall.

A hodgepodge of landscapes, the West End combines
verdant gardens and blocky modern architecture, with
Victorian bits and Edwardian bobs in between. It is a
paradise for takeout food, take-away coffee, and
perhaps incongruously, some of Vancouver's most
languid lines of beachfront. English Bay and Sunset
Beach invite swimmers, strollers, and picnic-lovers to
take in dusk settling over the water, or to jog along
