Sense is located in the Hotel Georgia and is one of the "smaller spas" in the luxury hotels. If you are looking for a group spot this wouldn't be the one to choose but if you are looking for upscale services and highly trained, excellent staff then Sense will please you. I had a 50 minute RMT session and the... More

The Spa itself is located next to the Fitness Centre and salt-water Pool at the Rosewood Georgia ... providing a serene and calming oasis the moment you walk in. After being guided to the change room, you are seated in the lounge where a glass of hot tea and towel awaits. This is also the time where you complete the... More

This spa deserves a raving review. I did a relaxation massage, and my masseuse Trish was fabulous. By the time I walked out of that spa - I feel totally refreshed, and that is given I’ve just done some very extensive travelling into Vancouver. Appreciate as well for the front desk in making my very last minute booking happen. The... More

I got the Cocoon treatment on our recent stay at the hotel. My husband go the hot stone massage. We were pleasantly greeted, given hot tea (so yummy), greeted by our spa technicians. I had Marie, and she was so sweet and wonderful, I felt welcome and relaxed with her. She explained the treatment (in which you had to be... More

Had an absolutely incredible pedicure at this luxurious spa. The treatment even included champagne and chocolates. It was fabulous!

I have a full review on the Hotel (since we stayed several days) that includes Spa details, but this was truly a heavenly experience. I can NOT wait to go back. Well done, Sense staff!! I have never felt so luxuriously pampered! And I have been to dozens of high end Spas! The oxygen facial, massage, and body treatment were... More

This was my first experience at the Spa. My appointment was at 4:30PM on a Sunday. I came early and enjoyed a swim in the salt water pool. It was not busy and I had the pool to myself. The spa provides you with a soft and cozy robe on arrival. Lockers are available. In the lounge they bring you... More

I highly recommend the spa services at the Sense Spa at Rosewood Hotel Georgia. This intimate spa has an elegant relaxed atmosphere and you can feel your stress melt away. Once you have put on your robe, you are brought to the relaxation room where you are given tea and a warm towel with peppermint to help you relax and... More

We went to Sense for my birthday, 80 massage and 20 minute facial. The massage was nice, very relaxing, though not enough to fall asleep. I had one spot on my back that had a knot and the masseuse kept passing over it and not really working it. That being said, I felt great afterwards and then moved onto the... More

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
