We caught a bus from outside this station to Seattle. Went inside, really lovely old building with many original features and spotlessly clean. Security staff were really helpful and were more than happy to help - thank you. Great little shop selling items as expected....More

This iconic hub for transportation in Vancouver could certainly use some TLC. I went into to check out rail, bus and other options for transportation for my son who was visiting Vancouver. Sadly no solutions were found.

Great to see this venerable old structure being used as bus / train station these days, remembering the glory days of transcontinental Canadian National Railway dailyt arrivals from back east. Marble and big spaces, beautiful building!

Comparing to taking a plane or driving to US, it's a lot easier and more enjoyable to take the Amtrak. The seats are comfy, with beautiful scenery outside the window. I can really sit back and relax.

Buyer beware. Train "service" in the USA is slack and sloppy. Online reservations are near impossible to book in one sitting. Phones are always busy. Reps are stressed and their hands are tied. All that just get a traveller ready for the inevitable delays and...More

Walkable from the metro station and easy to get to, this is where you can catch the train and bus and feel connected. Nice restaurants, clean bathrooms etc

We traveled to the train station from Seattle on the Cascades. Very nice scenic ride. Customs was a breeze. Cabs are plentiful. very nice building. porters were very helpful. They stood in line with us and help with the cabs

your luggage should arrive with you on the same bus in the luggage compartment,it should have been labelled when you boarded with tags provided.Wait for driver to open baggage compartment and claim your luggage.
