Yaletown is Vancouver’s trendy and upscale renovated warehouse district. This fresh urban neighbourhood is just an easy walk from the centre of downtown Vancouver or a quick ferry ride from Granville Island. Yaletown’s converted heritage buildings are home to some of city’s top fashion and design shops, as well as cutting edge restaurants and bars. Old loading docks act as giant sidewalks and create a unique setting for wandering, shopping, or lounging at one of the many outdoor patios.

I love yaletown! Love the variety of restauarants and shops, and it's not too expensive for the high quality options. Very trendy and fun.

Thought there would be some shops to explore. A few. Mostly many eateries. Endless places to eat. Enjoy a brew and people watch if that is your thing

I found it to be like every other city's up and coming neighbourhood. Drive by, but I wouldn't bother getting out of the tour bus for this.

We visited on our first night. A huge range of eateries with an emphasis on catering for the young (or young at heart!). It attracts all sorts. There are the cruisers in their BMW's, the Stag and Hen do's and the old fogies like ourselves...More

Frist of all there is always something happening in this neighborhood. Second Yaletown is great for young people. Third I only ate the Blue Water, but they do have other nice locking restaurants. Last I could spend hours here.
