Vancouver is one of the most beautiful cities we have ever experienced
Nov 2019
We took a trip to visit friends in Vancouver BC. The city is one of the most beautiful we have ever experienced, seeming to rising out of the forest in all directions. Note: we were actually there in September 2019.

Scenic Walk Along The Coal Harbour Seawalk.
Aug 2019
After doing a boat tour of the Vancouver Harbour by the paddle boat of Harbour Cruises, and then relaxing for a while with our picnic lunch in the Devonian Harbour Park we decided to take a walk along the Coal Harbour Seawalk to Canada Place. The Coal Harbour Marina is situated between the Devonian Harbour Park and Canada Place in Downtown Vancouver. It is surrounded by quite a few swanky hotels, restaurants and tall residential buildings.

There were quite a few grand yachts and many smaller ones. It was interesting to read their names. I remember one yacht had the quirky name ‘Fish and Chics’. Some of them were private and some of them could be chartered for fishing trips. Some could be hired for whale watching or island hopping.

Staff were courteous as we arrived after walking down the Waterfront, They took our orders immediately. We sat on a table facing the Marina, pleasant weather during Thanksgiving weekend so we had fabulous views.

Enjoyable walk.
Oct 2019 • Couples
If you are looking for a nice place to walk while down at the waterfront then this is a nice place to come to. There is the marina where you get to see all different types of boats being moored.
While walking there you can see all the apartments around while small parks around where the locals come out to walk their pets.
This harbour is just after Canada Place so it is a pleasant walk and if you keep on going can end up at Stanley Park and explore on your own.

Great Place to Enjoy the Waterfront
Sep 2019
The area around Coal Horbour Marina is a great place to enjoy the waterfront. One may see a variety of water crafts in the marina, as well as sit and watch the sea planes take off and land, dine at one of the restaurants in the area or simply relax on a bench.
