Very nice place for one or two nights stay over, just to get down in gear and relax, if you're on a road trip across country.

This lovely place is a great setting for business retreats, skiing getaways in the winter, camping in summer and nice for meeting place for all types of events. They have a lodge there with all the amenities.

I frequent this park for camping and day trips in the summer. It's close to home, has washroom facilities and picnic tables in the day use area. Great for families. Small lake with NO large power boats to ruin the quiet atmosphere. Great for kayaking...More

Good hiking/walking around the lake. Trail was washed out so had to turn back, would have been nice if there was notification at the beginning of the trail.

Lac Le Jeune is one of the greatest provincial campsite in BC. The lake is pristine, and I would be surprised if you didn't see a moose.

I'm trying to find a spot to camp between Banff and Vancouver.... it says no reservations for this place after Sept 5th, but it's a Saturday night and just wondering what my chances are of actually getting a site without a reservation? Or are there other campgrounds people would recommend between the two cities?

It is open until Sep 26. I assume it's not reservable after Sep 5 because it isn't as busy as peak summer season. School is back in and weather may not be as good. I suspect that you'd be okay. I can recommend Shuswap... More
Thinking of coming this weekend with my two young kids. There are only a few campsites left to choose from and would love some feedback on which would be the quietest 7, 27, 43, 46, 53, 60, 69. Thanks so much everyone!
