It was fantastic to see the raptors up close. The staff are very informative and enthusiastic to teach us! It was really impressive to see the eagle soaring right in front of us, and have an owl swoop directly over our heads. A 'must see' for visitors AND locals!

An amazing couple of hours being up close and personal with a range of raptors. The informative show was both educational and entertaining. Highly recommend a visit. Makes you blink when a turkey vulture is flying straight at you and banks away six inches from your face. Awesome.

We did the 'closest' encounter while visiting on our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and obviously love what they do. Getting to hold the owls and hawks was incredible. We learnt a lot too. The hawk walk was brilliant, seeing Anakin the hawk flying through the trees and having him come and land on our gloves as we... More

A beautiful drive through rolling landscape and farms to the raptor centre. We arrived a little early, but that was Ok. Lots of parking and a natural environment overlooking a medow.

Going to the Raptors is all about seeing owls and big birds of prey like falcons and eagles. First it is easy to not find the place. It is located North East of Duncan. There is a sign on the highway at the north end of Duncan to watch for. Upon entering the grounds, you might think think it is... More

What an amazing experience to get up close and personal with these beautiful birds. You learn so much as well. I live in Victoria and plan to take any out of town visitors there as it is... More

My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The staff were extremely friendly, and were very informative during the live demonstrating the birds of prey's specific duties and skills. We spent a good two and a half hours here and it was well worth the price of admission.

Took the grand kids for the afternoon. Everyone loved it. Would go back anytime. A little pricey for a large group but a wonderful learning experience.
