Nice place to walk, jog, picnic or just relax and enjoy the view. I go there for a walk as much as I can.

Great for picnics and walks lots for kids to do fly kites bick ride parks. Dogs love to al in park. Lots of benches to site and enjoy the scenery

I visited here on a weekday afternoon, and found the experience to be superb. The scenery alone is magnificent, as you can see the Rockies in the distance across the water. The pathway is well maintained, with plenty of garbage bins and clean park benches....More

I still like going down to watch the sailing, finding being near the docks inviting. Great to watch the Disabled sailing program as well as the Sailing school in action.

Me and my wife take our kids to South Glenmore park at least 6 times a year and we live in North Calgary. Excellent Splash park and the park equipment is updated and is great for the little critters to burn themselves out on.

Not as far as I know. The reservoir is limited to kayaks and canoes. You can use your own or rent them from the canoe club.
