I don't know what the law is in Canada on misleading advertising but describing this tour as a 'Wildlife Safari' should be an indictable offence. We got in the bus with high hopes of seeing wildlife. A reasonable expectation I would have thought. After a...More

As you can imagine, wildlife safaris can be hit or miss. Ours was a big, big hit! With Ben, our knowledgeable and funny guide from Essex, leading the way... we encountered multiple elk, rams, deer... and the coup de grace. BEARS! One black bear ate...More

What a great day. We visited Takakkaw Falls, rode the gondola to the highest restaurant in Canada for lunch with breath taking views, rode the chairlifts to the grizzly bear refuge to see Boo, and stopped by stunning Emerald Lake. Our guide Matt was so...More

We purchased the safari as part of the package that included the Banff Gondola and a 1 hour canoe rental. Although it was no fault of the guide or the tour company, we did not see any wildlife at all during the entire time. We...More

Knowledgeable driver/guide but unfortunately little wildlife! Saw a couple of elk and a few deer. We saw more during the tour of Banff the previous day. Not sure about the black bear pelt the driver produced!

Great tour of the lakes and ice fields. Long day but you really see a lot. We even saw 8 bears including 2 grizzlies. Neil E did a great job on this tour even working an hour extra to accommodate an unexpected turn of events.

Small group tour to see wildlife in the Banff area. Much better than the large bus tours. Our driver, Remco (sorry about spelling if wrong) was great and informative. Managed to see some deer, some Wapiti (Elk),and some interesting ground squirrels.

We showed up 10 minutes early for our tour and were told we had to get there 30 minutes early. This despite there being plenty of staff available to get us checked in before the tour started. So they took our money and offered ZERO...More
