This ride is approximately 50km but is mostly flat and easy terrain. We hired bikes for the day to complete this trail and it was well worth it! The views around lake vermillion are amazing! A must do!!!

No the grade is actually very easy there are a couple of hills but they are of the short steep variety. The trail was made for the average cyclist

No, it is not and not recommended as plows will push snow from the road onto the trail, sometimes from above.
