This is the most underrated place to go to in Banff. It's absolutely amazing in the summer with all the flowers in bloom. It's free to go to and you wont be disappointed.

Located at the end of the main street, cross a bridge and tour the building and grounds. Construction reigns, but we did see much of the attractive gardens before their renovation.

It appears that most of the gardens have been dug up. Definitely the front and side of the building has big graders and big holes. There might be some of the gardens left in the back, not sure. Hopefully they will be replanted next year.

Under renovations so most of the building is off limits right now. Still a lovely old structure. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and peace and quiet amid the hustle and bustle.

On the grounds of this nice old building is a beautiful little garden. Although it isn't very large it is nice to walk around

We found this on a stroll. Very colorful and some very interesting plants. Some of the plant varieties are labeled, but unfortunately most are not. Note-just across the traffic signal is a great shop with Canadian made moccasins.

This is at the end of the main road that goes through Banff township. This is a stone structure in the same vein as the Fairmont Hotel. The gardens are also very nice. We did this while heading back to the hotel.

Its a nice building. Although we did not go in it you can admire it from the outside and enjoy the scenic views that surround it. Check it out while your walking around Banff.
