Great place to hang out. Lots of birds to feed and take pics, very nice scenery. You find locals selling popcorn and churros, etc.

A good place to orient self to centre town. Lots going on and nice green space with great coffee place across the street. Watched recruits doing their training and found crafts in the park on Saturday

If the weather is good you have a fine panorama over the mountains, but most of the time it is cloudy. There is always something to see in the park, so it is nice to walk around

This park is well liked by locals and is designed with multiple levels. Unfortunately, the downtown area is clogged with slow moving traffic. The city's poor transportation system is accompanied by hundreds of taxicabs that drive non-stop trying to pick up pedestrians.
