I enjoy walking along the malecon and peaking into shops and buying fresh seafood that was caught that morning. Only complaint is too many stalls seem to see much of the same items.

A close knit group od stalls and restaurant/bars along the old seafront. A bit of everything is available.

Hot and crowded souvenir shopping which only appeals to kids or adults with cold beers. The fish market has lots of fresh fish, shrimp and clams, among other things. Bring a cooler and stock up! The prices are good and the goods are fresh.

There are many little stores to purchase all kinds of souvenirs, from pens to mugs to jewelry you can find many things. They also have restaurants and bars.

Old port has a lot of shopping places, but a lot of the same stuff in different stores. The people are rather pushy when haggling & trying to get you to purchase from their store. Rather expensive. But nice to walk through if you don't...More

Sr Amigo is the place to go and eat and the Tekila bar at the end is great. The store right before the end on the left with the purses and bags it the best.

Best answer would be on the Google Map. There is no shuttle, that I know of, to town (Puerto Penasco). When I was there in November, I went to town in a taxi (twice) for shopping. You go out & back in the same taxi for a... More

I love la curva. They use bottled water for cooking and it's delicious. I've seen people dress very nice in there.
