The Malecon here does not compare to say the Mazatlan Malecon. It is a crammed mixture of restaurants, fisheries (below), and tourist trinket stuff plus miscellaneous shops. I tend to go off the main drag, where there are smaller places to eat, quieter, and less...More

Great time in the Old Port... Lots to see and many great places to stop for a cold one, The Satisfied Frog, Tekila Bar, Boo Bar, breakfast at Maria Bonitas at the Vina del Mar hotel. Just cruise the malecon. Fun shopping with a view!

This is what there is in Puerto Penasco, other than the beaches. It was a fun place to hang out. In the off season, it's not crowded. The restaurants were good.

Good shopping and a couple of good beach side restaurants. Try Aquias Con Flavios for breakfast and lunch. Very good Shrimp Cocktails and shrimp tacos. You will not be disappointed.

This is always a great place to find souvenirs, haggle on prices, and find a tasty taco. So many options! Pro tip: if you're looking for something in particular, make your way through all the shops to find the best one.

Great shopping with fun bartering. Awesome fresh seafood restaurants all over the place. A must visit when I'm the area.

Fun walk about, lots of little stores to buy trinkets. Fun bars and restaurants everywhere.... it is what one would expect to find in a tourist district... the areas one or two blocks off the beaten path were very interesting. If you want souvenirs, shrimp,...More

Best answer would be on the Google Map. There is no shuttle, that I know of, to town (Puerto Penasco). When I was there in November, I went to town in a taxi (twice) for shopping. You go out & back in the same taxi for a... More

I love la curva. They use bottled water for cooking and it's delicious. I've seen people dress very nice in there.
