Colonial wonder.

A cozy and very small plaza just around the corner from the cathedral. Nice restaurants and little bars serving tequila, mezcal and all kinds of cocktails.

Of the many small (and large) parks in SLP, this is my favourite. Fountain and green-space surrounded by three churches: one Presbyterian). Great relaxing and people watching.

A beautiful plaza and this the Church is amazingly beautiful. You can see everyone walking, enjoying time with the family. Cute shops and restaurants along the way.

This Plaza is a melting pot of what Mexicans have become. This Park has a religious name San Francisco, after one of the first religious congregationscthat arrive to Mexico and an official name Jardin Guerrero, after an Independence war hero. Around this Plaza you can see three churches, two catholics and o e protesant. There is also the building of... More

This plaza is surrounded by a lot of beautiful buildings. There is also a lot of trees, bushes, flowers and grass. Not really worth stay at the plaza for a long period, but it's nice to walk around here and watch the buildings.

The buildings are beautiful. The city itself is quite dirty and there really is nothing to do. You can see this in 30 minutes. It's not exactly what I was expecting.

This is a most delightful, shady park full of greenery, benches, birds and quiet tranquility, after spending two hours walking, talking and shopping in the overactive center of San Luis Potosí, it is definitely the place to be. There is a centuries-old, giant fountain spewing liquid freshness and good "negative" ions high in the air, drawing children and wild doves... More

I think it's really more accurate .to call this space Parque San Francisco, given that it's lawn and trees. Unusually large number of churches right there. Tranquil. Beware of lumpy lawn; I nearly lost an ankle to jt, and definitely lost my dignity! Museo Regional is a black away.

Very nice square in old downtown. There is a small garden, a fountain, some nice old buildings (colonial and baroque) and a beautiful catholic church (Templo de San Francisco) well worth the time if only for the architecture and the detailed religious statues and paintings found inside. Coffee places and small restaurants can be found around and a museum (which... More
