"Parque Tangamanga" is a big part of San Luis Potosi, crowded during the weekends but plenty of parking and space for everyone. There's bike rentals, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, archery, tracks for quad motorcycles, motocross, etc etc etc Bathrooms and trashcans just about everywhere, police presence inside the park so obey the speeding limit. Great place to visit, kill time,... More

If you want to run, read, relax, walk, play, talk, swim, ride a bicycle or eat you should definitely go to Tangamanga Park, it's free, clean and green. A must go when you are in San Luis Potosi.

Very beautiful park !!! Fantastic for you and your family !!! Several areas where you can make your own barbecue or picnic! Perfect for meditation, sports, exercises or just to be connected with the nature. The only negative is you can not bring your dog.

Nice relaxing atmosphere for a walk or run, excellent for children to play any sport, museum available for entertainment. If I'm location worth the visit.

Open early everyday to get some exercise. Amazing to see all lot of people walking, running, biking, preparing for special competition in this beautiful park. Has an open theater for perhaps a concert or a simple, fun family oriented picnic.

Look here there is no other way to say it but here goes: if you need a break, nature time, or exercise this is the place for you. It even has a plane with a TV inside so kids can stay there while you go on walk with a friend/family member/significant other etc

Somebody who wants to spend his weekend by playing soccer, basketball, volleyball, football, rugby, tennis, swimming, running, etc., is right here. A lot of places to Picknick with your family. Good for smaller kids to old people. The only negative thing is, that the park closes very early.
