Something to take a look at, not to spend the whole day at.

It is located on one of the main roads. Nice to take a picture, it is the back side of the 50 peso bill.

Night or day, what a wonderful sight to behold. Truly defines the city. Love how all the old stuff here is preserved so well.

just breath taking architecture just to think it was all done without the help of cranes and tractor and so on...

Not as tall as Queretaro's but this way you see it better.

The aqueduct is 2 km long with a beautiful fountain near the start of the aqueduct.

It is a cool place to walk. You can walk from the historic district out to the Museum of Contemporary Art (also recommended).

It'sa a visit that will take an hour, noit more. It's the engineering feat which is impressive but it is something you can inly look at.

we followed the aqueduct from the start right up to the monestary where the water was going to be distributed. Great lesson on how they lived back then

This is what i most enjoyed about the city. Woke up really early one morning and walked beside it for a good amount of time, admiring how it has been kept in such an a great condition and how it gives the city character. To me the aqueduct is the city's most prominent emblem.
