Visited in March 2017. There is so much potential here but unfortunately it has yet to be realized. Majority of gardens had no plants and zero information on the few plant types that did exist. Majority of plants for viewing are in the nursery section...More

Take an afternoon and take a picnic. There is so much to see and do and be prepared to walk and have your own water and food.

We visited on a Monday, when the place was virtually devoid of other visitors, but were not offered any guide services or other amenities that might have enhanced our enjoyment. The ticket-seller (who spoke little English) showed us a laminated copy of the layout, but...More

Many different kind of spices at the nursery and in the garden. Gave you both educational experience and leisure, photo opportunity.

The nursery offers bicycle for rent to bike around the marina area. On Fridays there is a tribal market open for viewing next to the nursery.

This garden has some of the most beautiful and unusual cactus plants available in Mexico. I love the way it is landscaped, with walkways, pavillion, fountains and cactus plant patterns.

We will be at the Holiday Inn (Presidente) at the end of March. What are the hours of Wieikuta Gardens and is there an admission charge. How much is a cab ride from out hotel?

Not sure what time they open but they close @ five pm. There is an admission charge of 8 dollars each. Cab ride will depend on your starting point. There is also a bus which goes right by the Gardens. enjoy
