This was an interesting side trip as part of a bike tour from our hotel. It is a short tour but pleasant.

We had a great unofficial tour guide. He photographed my husband and I when we requested. I loved the sculptures, exhibits, artwork and watching the dolphins at the end. The camels left a little to be desired. They were fenced in, looked sad and very sleepy. I would have loved to rub them but they were FAR away. It was... More

Best n ight time entertainment in San Jose del Cabo! Beautiful dance, fire and light show. Food is okay but the reason for the visit is the show.

I went to Wirikuta with some friends who had been there before....so they explained that we would first be immersed in a mock "village" and that the bar was just beyond ....and that the food to follow was guaranteed to impress! It exceeded my expectations because the quality and detail of every aspect of the experience was top class! Hint:... More

Took cab all the way from Cabo to walk around the "gardens" and sculptures and marina only to find there really were no gardens and there was garbage and native weeds every where. The "bike path" was a dirt road through the weeds and we actually felt a bit afraid. My girls (fluent Spanish speakers) asked how many people typically... More

This is a really excellent show in three parts. First you enter a large area with a number of huts showing how the people work and do their crafts. In this area there is also native dancing. Then you go for a really good, totally native dinner and then you enter a large outdoor rocky area with seating that allows great... More

Highly recommend a visit to Wirikuta. Over 1800 types of cacti. Also the outside entertainment area can accommodate big names. Seating is remindful of the Roman colosseum. Included in your entry cost ($8 usf) is the sculpture garden. Many beautiful sculptures. Allow yourself at least 2 hrs to walk about and browse everyting there is to see. 2 buses from... More

We spend a morning walking through Wirkuta Garden. Since there was no one else there, Juanito, one of the botanists gave us a personal tour. What an interesting place. If you like plants, you'll find this place fascinating. There are cacti from all over the world. You can't buy plants for export, but if you are local, I believe you... More

If you expect ling walkings and gardens will be disappointed. Juanito was great. Since I do speak Spanish makes more special since he told us some stories about his experience with cactus very interesting.. but he also speaks some english.. Ask Juanito about the South African venomous cactus.. its the most expensive on the nursery. I liked the "viejitos "... More
