It's perfect for practice padelboard. Also it's very secure for childrens. The waves are soft and the water warm. Perfect to swim. If you're not a surfer and do not like the big waves, this beach is perfect for you.

We most often go to Palmilla beach. It’s a long and sandy beach with often very few people. The water is beautiful and clear, great snorkelling. A good grade for small kids.

I highly recommend a visit to Playa Palmilla. We stayed at the Royal Decameron in San Jose del Cabo. The bus stops across the street from the Mega mall, just a short walk from the Decameron, maybe two blocks. The cost is only 13.50 pesos,...More

Great sandy beach. A gated entrance area in a residential area offers great security. Heading south... take Palmilla exit left over the overpass and straight ahead. ENJOY

We took the bus from San Jose Del Cabo to the Palmilla bridge - then a short walk down the lovely floral and fauna lined sidewalk to the beach. Very clean. Gorgeous water- safe place to swim in a relaxing and tranquil setting. Go.

I walked for several miles each day along the shore when I was in Los Cabos. Although I was not staying directly on this beach, I could get there on foot. Most of the development in this area is actually somewhat tasteful, at least from...More

Palmilla is unique, public beach with nice restrooms and great palapas! Tip from expert, walk to the right side, towards the end of the beach, cross the rocks and you will get into Palmilla Hotel beach!

This trip to the beach was worth the cab ride since the beach on our end was steep and had rough water. Beach wasn’t crowded and was very clean.

We found out about this beach by asking some of our hotel staff where they take their own families for a beach day...So glad we asked! We, like so many other tourists in the area, were at a hotel with a "black flag" (not safe...More
