Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I love this park by the main church, full of people, tourists as well as local people. I find the street vendors are unique that add color to the place. Ample chairs to take a break and do people watch.

The Jardin, just in front of the church, is the social center of town. It's a great place to watch the world go by and people watch. Various vendors will make their appearance and there is always a food stall or two, not to mention all of the stores surrounding the jardin. You will definitely check it out!

Jardin Allende is the most central place of the town, surrounded by beautiful buildings and churches. The center of activity.

This is the hub of activity in San Miguel de Allende! There is something going on at all times of the day or night in this square! From local street vendors to Mariachi bands, to Mojigangas, to families and tourist just sitting and relaxing. You could spend all day here.

Since I have been coming to and living in San Miguel, the jardin has been The Place to meet and greet. Seating always available. The weather perfect.

El Jardin is located across the street from the number one attraction in San Miguel de Allende, the Parroquia or parish church. It is a fabulous place to sit and people-watch any time of the day or evening. Enjoy! Cheers Lynda L. Lock (Isla Mujeres Mystery series).

This is where everyone goes to hangout, meet friends, relax. The central park is tree-lined and shaded. So it is a cool spot even on the hottest of days. If you come here, you will see old men gathered to talk; young couples together; people having something to eat or drink. There are also colorful people, processions, sellers and local features. You can spend time here just taking in the variety and diversity of the local color.
Stop and have a drink at on of the cafes along the perimeter and just relax & enjoy.

The most congenial place imaginable, with strolling Mariachis in the evening, an extraordinary view of Colonial architecture and churches at its best. It is the perfect meeting place for friends and strangers, to get to know each other.

what is the cost of the shuttle to the airport

Hi! I would strongly recommend Bajio Go, where you can arrange a shuttle to any airport (shared trip or not). New vans and trucks, professional drivers and reasonable prices (U$ 150 for a one-pax one-way trip to DF or half that price if it is a shared trip to same destination). Both my experiences were great and it is just one block from El Jardin!
