I very comfortable space to relax and plan your day or take a respite in the afternoon. On Friday, get a copy of the local paper to learn of the events coming up in the next week.

A lively, sweet little square that anchors the “Centro” in San Miguel. Much smaller than I expected, but nonetheless, it was fun to grab a drink at one of the many cafe’s surrounding it, listening to Mariachi’s one night and good people watching.

There seems to always be a parade, wedding or spontaneous dancing going on in this town square. We always felt safe and comfortable.

In San Miguel it all starts in the Jardin. The beautiful plaza fronts the Parroquia and is crowded at all hours of the day and night as people pass through or just sit to watch the world go by.
