About
This natural park nestled in the Riviera Maya of Tulum has four different natural sinkholes: Cenote Wisho, Cenote Campana, Cenote Jaguar, and Cenote Tres Zapotes. They offer a little something for everyone. The smaller cenotes have caves with ancient rock formations, stalactites, and stalagmites, while the larger, deeper ones have several jumping-off points, and allow you to swim and snorkel with the vibrant fishes and turtles. But don't worry if you're not a strong swimmer, entry includes a guided tour and equipment like life jackets and masks. Join a tour of Tulum and combine your trip with a visit to the Mayan Ruins as well.

Such a great experience when visiting Mexico.
The cenotes are incredible and so beautiful. Swimming in the caves was fantastic and the water was amazing. Great your information and history provided as well. Would recommend visiting these caves 100%.

Our Tulum trip was truly unforgettable, thanks to the mesmerizing Cenotes Casa Tortuga. Having pre-booked a tour, we were fortunate to have a knowledgeable guide accompany us, leading the way as we ventured through multiple cenotes. The crystal-clear waters were a sight to behold, and our guide enriched the experience with fascinating facts while maintaining a pleasant demeanor, ensuring everyone on the tour had a delightful time.

The cenotes offered the exhilarating option of leaping from various spots into the refreshing water, yet there were also convenient stairways for those who preferred a more gradual descent. It's advisable to have around 7 USD or pesos on hand for the locker at the entrance, a small but practical necessity. Before immersing ourselves in the cenotes, a quick shower was mandatory, and wearing suitable footwear added to the overall safety and enjoyment of the adventure. This well-rounded experience at Cenotes Casa Tortuga truly made our Tulum trip exceptional.

Loved this attraction! They have so many activities (like ATV's and ziplining) if you want to spend a whole day. We did a few hours and explored the cenotes. The water was cold, but so refreshing and worth the initial chill to get to enter the cenotes and see inside the caves. Nature really is amazing!! I want to go back and bring my kids next time!

This place is a SCAM- overpriced and dirty. I wished I had read the feedback of other guests beforehand and had also trusted my instinct when I saw the sign “once paid you can’t get a refund” - that says it all. Apparently, too many people have asked for their money back. The centres stink, luckily we didn’t get sick as other people have reported but we also didn’t go to all of them. Nah, couldn’t take the chance after the first one. The water stinks, has nothing to do with the crystal blue shown on the photos. Moreover, you are not allowed to go on your own - your have to wait for a group to form and then you are being shepherded to one place to another without leaving you enough time. One of the censotes e.g. was tiny yet we had to go all in at the same time - forget swimming - all you can do try to keep yourself afloat. Do yourself a favour and don’t visit - boycott it so that they improve it ! What also made us sad is the ecological disaster it is 😢

This stop was part of a full-day tour so I can't comment on the process of buying the tickets and getting a life jacket. Everything was organized for us. I can comment on the cenote which was absolutely gorgeous. A welcome refreshing swim after visiting the Tulum ruins in the scorching heat. You need to shower before going swimming in order not to polute the water with chemicals. Then you have a short walk to get to the water. It was my first time swimming in a cenote and I definitely recommend it.

The worst experience in Yucatán
1. Complete rip off - 650 pesos for entrance for 4 very small and fully crowded cenotes with crowds of screaming people
2. Lockers for extra 100 pesos - we refused to pay as we came by car and left our stuff there - got a comment from staff dudes but went in anyway (we had only car key and one phone in a waterproof case with us)
3. Changing rooms are very dirty (and are technically bathrooms and not changing rooms)
4. Staff asked us for the paper receipt we got at the counter to give us the life vest. We obviously left it in the car so had to walk back - I do not understand the role of bracelets they give you at the entrance, shouldn’t it be the proof we paid the fee?
5. Staff made us take a cold shower to get a life vest - after we did we got a comment that we should wash the hair as well (though 80% of people I saw went in with dry hair);
6. Inside it is very crowded and you cannot visit any closed cenotes if you’re not part of the guided group

Overall - don’t go here. Terrible service, no clear instructions, unreasonably expensive, and unsanitary. Spend your money elsewhere - you’ll be better off (I’d leave 0/5 if I could)

This eco park was part of a complimentary excursion when we booked airport shuttle service with Cancun shuttle. It was incredibly hot and humid so walking endlessly while trying to find our cenote Zapotes at the back of the park was frustrating. We were not supplied a map upon entry and the signage was poor in the park. However once we found our cenote it was spectacular. The cool water was refreshing and beautiful. There are little fish that nibble on your feet and legs and eat the dead skin in the shallow waters. We were grateful to have brought our own snorkelling gear. There were little restaurants and snack bars around the park which looked very fun. Our kids did the zipline and enjoyed that experience. It was $20 USD per person. Bring lots of water because there will be a lot of walking!

What it matters is the attention and attitude, and she has it, that is why I choose her as the best.
We have the best experience ever, she helps us out all the tour.

This was a beautiful park with one of a kind pools and views. I highly recommend everyone who visits the area stop by as this natural beauty is something truly special and breathtaking. I especially want yo recommend Joel, our tour guide in the park. He led us through the area and to all the cenotes. He was funny, kind, and extremely informative. His knowledge of the area and of the cenotes' history was nothing short of encyclopedic. One of the things that stood out to me was how much he knew about the area's importance to the native Mayans and how we could respect and treasure these sacred caverns and pools, especially since he's actually Mayan himself!
