When checking on TripAdvisor for things to do in Playa del Carmen we found the info on Chaak Tun. Jumped in a taxi and headed out there. Amazing! Our tour guide Abel was excellent, informative and lots of fun. Would highly recommend visiting the Cenote.

Felipe was an excellent guide thru the cenotes- knowledgeable, patient with party of 13, humorous, informative and we highly recommend him! Only concern was trip advisor said closed at 1 pm on Sunday- we luckily found them open til 5pm. Thank you!

Hello Paris, Chaak Tun is like 10/15 minutes away from your hotel, you don't need to make reservation, the tours already includes the guide and the equipment. We open everyday from 9am to 3pm
