We thought this tour was a blast. Our cruise itinerary had changed due to a unforeseen fog issue in Galveston, so our snorkeling excursion was delayed a day. No problem for Chac Choc Tours! They were waiting for us when we arrived at the dock. The taxi ride was $8 for the 2 of us, as predicted. We made two... More

I didnt find more snorkerl company, but i was dissapointed about the "coral reef" You can only see dead reef. The equipment was very old and didnt work well. Dont buy a snorkel tour.

We used this agency to do snorkeling and they have to be the most unprofessional terrible place to exist in Cozumel. They took us out late and then we had three passengers go overboard and they left them out there in the bay to swim to shore after they claimed to run out of gas. It became a serious situation... My family and I went on the Radali Snorkeling Tours in the very beginning of January. Our vacation was great up until the day we went to Cozumel. Of course, the day we choose to go snorkeling was cloudy. Oh well, no one could change that. I do not recommend these people with or without bad weather. I'm going to... More

I went there with a boat full of divers who were diving in 2 places, one deeper and one shalower; however, the experience was pretty poor because the quality of the water was not so good, not cristal clear like some locations in Cuba and there was very little to see. The reef was just not so reach and it... More

Everything the guy in Playa Del Carmen about the trip was a lie. He represented Radali Snorkel tours and promised fast, clean, uncrowded boats and 45 minutes of snorkeling at each of three beautiful reefs. The boat does not visit three reefs. They put along to a beach spot that I could have walked to during the hour and a... More

Loved the sailing snorkeling trip with Johnny to Isla Majeures was a lot of fun. Mates were very friendly and attentive to the kids.

We were a large family group (8 - 58 range in age; 10 in all). They sold us a snorkel package and, for starters, told us the wrong Cozumel ferry time. When we showed up an hour later, they said there was no boat available...until 3 p.m.! After much arguing, they agreed to have a boat for us within the... More

We booked the Three Reef Snorkel through Norwegian Cruise Lines. The snorkeling was fine - three different spots - our tour Guide Maria (Mary) and her crew was very good and helpful and fun! The boat was comfortable and had a bathroom. Beer/soda and chips were served after the snorkeling.
