The water was beautiful

The water was beautiful, the area was quiet so that made me happy. If you like nice quiet relaxation this is your place. Bar across the st. Good tequila. Perfect.

Rolling waves, white sands...great for a long stroll or just sitting and admiring the view. Careful if swimming as there are rip currents...otherwise a must visit. Beware of beach bar Sam Martin as they overcharge tourists and I mean by a lot!!

Amazing beach! Very strong currents running through here though, so I suggest just playing in the water up to your waist, or you had better be a strong swimmer or at least have fins. No crowds, pretty much the whole beach to ourselves!! We just loved the old world feel to this place. Can't wait to go back!!

If you want to get away from the over priced, crappy food beach clubs (all over the island of Cozumel) this is a great beach to be at! Grab a rental car, hit up an XOOX for snacks and beers and enjoy a day (or 3) at Playa de San Martin! CAUTION: Undertow is strong so stay close to shore... More

Playa de San Martin is far from San Miguel and the cruise terminal, so you need a car or moped to get there. We arrived later on a Saturday afternoon and most of those frolicking appeared to be locals. There are no palapas or palm trees here, so shade is nonexistent. Surf was a bit strong when we visited, too.... More

We rented scooters from San Miguel and headed over for the day - It was a bit further from the center of town than I anticipated - about 40 minutes so be prepared. We were going to eat here but a cruise ship tour unloaded here and we took off - We rented a lounge chairs and an umbrella -... More

This was a stop that our guide suggested on our Private Jeep Tour. Yours eyes will see a piece of Mother Nature that only seeing is believing...words cannot describe what this picturesque beach looks like.

My mom, brother an I came to visit this beach since the one at the hotel was weak. This is the second most beautiful beach I have ever seen aside from Buck Island off the coast of St. Croix. We came on a day that there were no clouds in the sky and not too sunny. The water was very... More

This was our beach stop on our Ultimate Cozumel Island Buggy Tour with Omar. Great beach with many waves! On the other side of the road is a restaurant with clean bathrooms.

This beach is unspoiled and undeveloped ! Loved that it's not ruined by hotel and high rises. Hope it stays that way. It looked good for swimming and there is a lifeguard. A must see beach in Cozumel.
