ATV Adventure to Jade Cavern with transfer

Make the most of limited time on this ATV adventure tour in Cozumel, a great choice for a shore excursion or for those who want to experience multiple island highlights in a single trip. Alongside your guide, drive your ATV through the jungle and down a series of trails to explore caves that make up the Yucatan’s extensive underwater river system and dive into a freshwater cenote. That leaves just enough time to ride through a coral cave and learn about Maya culture.

This was my husband's favorite excursion that we did! It was so much fun! I got brave and jumped into the cenote, it was so cool! Our guide was William and he was very experienced and encouraging! We had a blast with him while feeling completely safe. I highly recommend requesting him! At the end we have a free tequila tasting at the end. It was fun to try flavors of vodka. You can buy a bottle too if you want, which we did. I have nothing bad to say about this place! It was the best Saturday ever! Thank you!

My husband and I did the Jimny drive through the jungle to the Jade Cavern then to the stingray/snorkel experience and ended with lunch at Playa Mia Resort! Our tour guides, Israel and Francisco, we're both amazing! We loved jumping into the cenote most of all! It was the highlight of our whole trip! Muy Bien!

It is worth noting that conditions vary considerably by season. People talking about going through mud and creeks did this during September - November (for the most part). We went in July and the whole course was bone dry and dusty. While it was still fun, it was rough...the bumps are no joke and pot holes are far more severe than NYC or Chicago (haha)...but for those up for a vigorous, this ride will provide a lot of fun. They provide bandanas for your face, a helmet, and goggles (which you can wear sunglasses under). They have lockers to rent for $5. Close-toed shoes are required and Crocs can be rented for about $5. Cenote is beautiful, peaceful, and stinky! LOL! The sulfer is strong is strong with this one! Plenty of bats, but they mind their own business. We were able to jump from 25 feet up. Water is cool and refreshing. My son brought his shoes home and made our entire suitcase ripe...so $5 might be worth renting the shoes! Very tasty local tequila tasting offered at the end. Pictures were also available to purchase for $45 (for the set for the family).

Awesome adventure. Guides ( Miguel, Victor and Jorge) were amazing. ATVs are automatic so easy to learn how to handle. They will go as slow as the slowest person, so they do not rush you to keep up. I just let myself get a little behind the person in front of me so I could fulfill my need for speed...lol. The pictures they take are very good, didn'teven know he was taking the most of the time. A must do if you like speed and bumps!

I enjoyed the scenery during the ride. My 16 year old really enjoyed as she had been on ATVs before, but because I never drove one and right at the beginning I turned my wheel too sharp and was apprehensive over the large rock, I was told to cancel or ride with the tour guide. At the end of the ride, the same gentleman wanted me sofn that I chose to cancel. I wrote a note and said I did not want to cancel that he made me. My suggestion is that you create a beginner's course If you are new dont do this. What was funny is that my daughter and another guest ran into the bushes during the ride and was able to keep going. I just kept my mouth closed and complied, but I still don't think it was fair. Teach me so I can, dont just take it away and say oh no you cannot drive it.
