Although not as popular as Chichén Itzá, these ancient Mayan ruins are noteworthy in their own right, as this is the site where Mayan women paid tribute to the goddess of love and fertility.

Interesting to see and learn about the Mayans. Pedro gave us a great tour! Get there early before the buses come from the cruise ships. Not a lot of walking, but watch your step, rocky.

Small archeological site with some interesting areas. Not as impressive as the pyramids in other parts of Mexico and Central America. You can spend 1-3 hours here, depending on how much you like to look at stones on the ground.

Very interesting ruins, with great stories told by great tour guides. Our tour guide, Angel, was funny and told the stories behind the ruins very well. Overall an excellent place to go if you want to learn about the Maya!

It was part of a ship excursion. Very well done, but not at all wheel chair accessible.

Your best bet may be to hire a taxi for transportation and possibly another side tour location or two?
