Treat yourself to a fabulous on-the-water experience from Cozumel. This catamaran sailing experience tour gives you the chance to explore and admire the wildlife of Passion Island, enjoy on-board service that includes a complete lunch, with fresh fruits, rhum punch & margaritas (you are also welcome to bring your own alcohol), and soft drinks. You can snorkel or do paddle board, or just relax on the beach. You will sail for about 2 hours (1 hour to go/1hour to come back), stay up to 2,5 hours on the beach of Passion Island, and at the end you can do snorkeling on the way back for about 30 minutes.

And we can always accomodate people or groups for a late departure, if you are alone you can decide to do more snorkeling, and the captain will fallow your needs.

*After your booking please confirm the departure point and boat.

Went here by boat as part of a Snorkeling tour. Liked columbia reef better but since palancar is accessible from the beach (although you have to swim quite a bit coming that way) as well I understand why it's so popular. Water was beautiful and clear, the sea was teeming with fish and we even saw a turtle.

At the Cozumel Airport Tourist Information desk, I met Rufino Poot. Rather than just hand me a map of the island, he gave me his phone number and ended up arranging a tour of Chichen Itza for me, as well as a snorkeling tour on Cozumel Island's reef, combined with a car rental! He seems to know all the best tour operators in Cozumel and across the channel in Playa del Carmen. As a plus, his English is impeccable. You can contact him at +529 871164618.

Palancar Caves, Palancar Gardens, Palancar Big Caves, Palancar Bricks.....all great dive sites. A good Dive operation will take the time and expense to drive their boats down to the southern dive sites where visiting scuba divers will see the best variety of sea life, coral mounts, swim throughs, and pelagics. We had a great experience with ScubaLife.

Don't charge to go to a public beach. Just another way to "gringo" tourist. $16.00 to see a public beach is sinful. Don't believe this is a really good way to attract tourist.

One of the premier dive sites in the Caribbean. Annual trips and it is doing well recovered from storm damage a few years ago. Dive operators name various parts of it first word plantar then add second word like Caves, Gardens
