This is a nice shopping place in cancun around 9km mile. Close to the riu cancun. We have been to cancun 7 times and always stop in here. Prices are fair and they are helpful but do not pressure you.

avoid the agressive, price gouging small vendors in the booths and go down the alley with the clubs and small restaurants. on the right, go up the 12 or so steps to Beach Market Mexican Outlet for real deals, with merchandise already priced and marked in a clean, friendly atmosphere, with no high pressure sales or haggling over prices. Many... More

A little bit of everything here for reasonable prices. We went here on a cloudy, colder, windy day which was perfect. It wasn't so crowded that we felt overwhelmed. Plan on spending at least 90 minutes to look around. There's a lot to see. A great place to pick up a gift for someone back home or for yourself. The... More

Best souvenirs & prices in Cancun, short of traveling further to the markets which can be time consuming & not as easily accessible.

We have visited for 7 years. Each year there are more products from China! Prices increase at this location-but you can get the same products from local vendors for less. Feels like a scam/fraud in some ways - especially with their coupons. We have enough of the small print and exclusions in the US - do we want it on... More

All sales personal are SO pushy in Mexico, but this is the one place where we weren't constantly badgered. Otherwise, prices and variety here were good. We found better shopping in downtown Cancun though.

Better prices elsewhere. We speak fluent Spanish and prefer to negotiate prices. That said, all prices are well marked and there's no pressure to buy.

We went to the large Mexican Outlet store located in Plaza La Fiesta prior to going to the flea market. We found the experience to be hassle free and relaxing. Selection was very good. Prior to going into the store, a person on the street handed us some coupons including 40% off t-shirts. Pricing was ok, but even better when... More

Came here on recommendation of taxi driver for Cancun souvenirs. Prices are reasonable and can be talked down. Items sold here are the standard pottery, candy, magnets, coffee cups...nothing high end. You can even get a dead skin fish eating pedicure. ATM nearby and plenty of taxis.
